According to the secretariat of this conference, at the beginning of this meeting, Prof. Ghorbani, the Chair of the Scientific Committee of the conference, raised some points about the past approvals of this conference and future issues. In this meeting, which was held with the maximum number of members of the scientific committee, issues centered on the number of submitted articles and the limit of accepting articles from one author, the costs of the conference, the number and characteristics of invited speakers, how to hold the conference online and in person, and other issues were discussed.
